    Cool Turkey Shells

    Part 1 - Meat
Place ground turkey into a pan on medium heat.
Separate turkey while cooking (you are going to want small bits of meat)
Add minced garlic and parsley shortly after you begin.
Cook for roughly 15 minutes, meat should reach about 165 degrees
    Drain any oils.
Part 1 - Sauce (should be cooking at the same time as meat)
Pour 1 can of stewed tomatoes in a small sauce pan and mix in 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to simmer. Let it simmer till the shells are ready to go in the oven.
    Part 2
    Take chilled shells out
Mix meat and grated cheese as you stuff the shells, as much as you like.
Place on a non stick baking sheet and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for about 15 mins, then remove and top with sauce and more grated cheese.
Place back in the oven for about 10-15 more minutes, or till cheese is melted
    Remove from oven and serve

Ha. This sounds interesting. I have been using ground turkey to replace some of the ground beef we eat. I like it in tacos, but have not tried it in an Italian dish like this. Question: with the stewed tomatoes, do you chop them up a bit of leave them sorta whole?

    cheers,
    BD

Chop up the larger pieces, for sure.
