I Have a Sophronitis which has turned up with Cream blotching on the leaves only plant appears quite healthy and is producing a new shoot the marks are spread over the whole leaf can anyone advise what it maybe sorry haven't got scanner to show a picture Thanks for any help Les
Les, without a pic it's going to be pretty hard to say what's going on, but cream-colored, yellowish blotching usually means some kind of nutrient deficiency. Try switching your fertilizer to something with nutrients already included, like MSU or Peter's Cal-Mag, and use that every time you water. If the blotching is only on one leaf, it may just be that leaf's time to fade away, and it'll blotch up before browning as it transfers its store of nutirents to the rest of the plant.
