Orchid Hot Chocolate

Chop or grate two ounces of couverture chocolate
into small pieces. Heat one cup of milk on low until just below the boiling point. Remove from the heat.
Whisk in the chocolate until melted and incorporated.
Add seven drops of Green Spider Orchid Essence, Red Helmet Orchid Essence, or Mediation Essence.
Carefully whisk to combine.
