    Default Double Blueberry Pie

Blueberry filling: Combine 2 cups of berries, sugar and 2 tablespoons of water in large saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup cold water; add to pan. Return to boil, stirring. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in butter, lemon juice and remaining 4 cups of berries. Spoon into crust. Let stand 3 hours until set.

It sounds great, Bill! When will you be cooking it for us?? My poor little blueberry bush is not doing so well. I do have some from last year still in the freezer though...hmmm...
