First bloom on this one. Really like the colors. Hope it developes into a nice specimen plant. I have seen some of these with large multi-spikes and the are beautiful in bloom.

Wow, what a beautiful golden colour. Just love it. Wishing you luck to grow it into a specimen plant. A specimen plant with those golden blooms would be AWESOME.
Does it grow under the same conditions as Odcm Wildcat?
Thanks for the comments. I grow it like I do all my oncidiums. I grow my orchids under flourescent lights in the basement. It stay cool. My temps in the winter average 55 during the night and 65 during the day with some supplemental heat. In the summer most of them go outside unless they are in bloom or spike. Right now my basement is around 75 degrees. The outside temps have been in the mid 80's, 90's and a little over a 100 degrees for a few days. With the extreme heat I have been spraying them in the morning and again in the afternoon when i get home from work. They all seem to be thriving and I can't tell any difference between the ones still in the basement and those outside.
Looks great Bill.
Cheers,
BD
