This one just opened. I was expecting something colorful, and this fulfilled my expectations. It's got corningiana in it, so I'm hoping it'll be fragrant as well. But since it just opened, I'm not disappointed that I don't smell anything just yet. Some phals take a day or so after they open to release their fragrance.
Hope you like it like I love it!
(Sorry the pictures are a bit worse than usual- my camera is low on juice.)

Gita,You have a nice collection of phal.s I was wondering what type of lights you have under your cabinets ? Have Fun,Rich
Thanks Connie and Rich.
Connie, the stripes come from both parents of Golden Pride. Golden Pride = amboinensis x fasciata. The shape of my phal seems to be from the fasciata and the striping from the ambo. It's got the coloration of the lower sepals and lip from the corningiana, I'm guessing.
Rich, the lights under my cabinets are just the ordinary ones that came with the house(?- in other words I don't know the wattage) but I supplement with 60w fluoros. This is just my cooler growing area and the guy in the picture does not reside here. He came down for the photo (for which I need to find a nice staging set up like all of you have.)
Down here on the kitchen counter top I have some paphs and some species phals that prefer shadier conditions.
