throw all ingredients in a bowl and mix 'till most lumps are gone. put the chopped rhubarb in the tin and pour batter over it. bake for 35-40 minutes.
This is nice with a berry coulis drizzled over it or with icecream and serve immediatly when hot. if you want to store it, When it is cold, cut it into slices and store in an airtight container.

Tami, post up the pie recipe - I love pie but don't eat much cake. haha... Never eaten Rhubarb (as far as I know).
