MINCE CHOW MEIN-a family recipe

peel and chop the onion. dice the carrot and finely shred the cabbage. brown mince in a pan and drain off any fat. add onion and cook untill brown. Mix the soup mix and water together-if you use powdered stock, you know what the waters for now =)-then add curry powder sauce and rice. Cover with lid and cook for 10-15 mins. Add veges and cabbage. Mix thoroughly and cook for another 5-10 mins. Serve immediatly
