Potting a dendrobium keiki

Hello. I have just potted several Dend. keikis, small ones in spag.moss. Bigger ones in bark chips, on top of perlite chips. My question is, when do I start with the watering, fertilising etc. Do I leave it settle for a couple of days, please help.

Just potted off some keikis, small ones in spagnum moss, bigger ones in light bark. Should I rest these for (how long?). Or could I start with nitrogen fertiliser, to encourage leaves? Please help.

I just did this also. I water mine at first, and then keep on the dryish side for a while in the hope that it will encourage roots. Seems to be working OK so far...
