I think it's either a cycnoches or castetum....and yours is lovely! Hopefully someone will see this and know your particular plants name.

My gut tells me its a hybrid catasetum...but then, seriously I have absolutely no idea what this is...
Possibly Catasetum pileatum, or a similar species or hybrid.
I've asked the owner, it is in fact a Catasetum pileatum (species).
I agree Catasetum pileatum . There are some amazing clones of this around with lips 3 inches wide. But if buying from the label, without seeing the flower, remember that this is a very variable species, not all are as delightful as this one.
It is a Catasetum pileatum. I have previously posted a picture of the 'Icy Green' variety. I have another variety which is pink (but not blooming this season). Normally they are white but this is the first time I have seen the yellow variety.Wouldn't mind having one of this colour if I can find one.
