Yes I am... having trouble using the forum

Please make allowances, I'm getting a bit thick as I get more ancient - but I don't seem to find where I should post.
For example I just took a pic of a nice plant ( maybe 1500 flowers ? - sounds great ? Actually it's a Dendrochilum,so not quite that magnificent , and I counted 75 flowers on one spike, and 20 spikes ) . And I thought I'd show it and add a few words . But where ? The last time I tried to do this, the pics didn't appear, and it went in the introduce myself thread anyway - and I can't keep on introducing myself every time I have a pic...

Geoff, Under this quick reply box are two bars- one reads post quick reply, the other reads Go Advanced. If you are adding photos to a thread, choose the Go Advanced bar to click on. When the reply box opens, type what message you wish, then scroll down below the reply box and click on Manage Attachments.You can use this to post up to 4 photos in your message.

Yes I seem to be out of the loop. I got my reply by email and clicked on it. I then when to the introduction board (right word?) and made a large introduction about 2 or more hours ago and don't know if I'm being impatient or not but I have been looking for it to come up on the sight, there have been others come up since, dores someone have to aprove the message first?.... Now when I send you this how will I know if you got it or not?
