If you have repotted and are waiting on new roots, there are a couple things you can add to a plants water to help. One is a liquid hormone called SuperThrive. A drop or two mixed in at watering time will help. The other; an all natural helper, is honey. I do a couple teaspoons worth per gallon of water. I'd also take care to not overwater. You will see those leaves and think it needs more water. It needs to grow more roots, then it will be able to take up more water at each watering. Raising the humidity will help this plant alot...if you have a humidifier set your plant near it or make up a pebble tray for it. Usually until new roots grow your plant will look like this, but it will improve with time. Good Luck...hope this helps.

Connie offers some good advice. If you can raise the humidity, it will certainly help. Good luck to you.
