Nope, you need to include the exact image location and use the image code, not html code to insert an online image. I created a video on how to do this with a picasa album on this page: OrchidTalk Videos

Hi Radha,
It looks like you are still not using the proper insert code. Maybe thiis will help:
1. follow the instructions in the video to get the url of your image. That url will look something like this:
http://www.h3.hpggt181920zzz27282910asfdazdr.jpg
2. Next, click in your message where you would like the image to display in OrchidTalk.
3. Then, either click on the (mountain icon) or type the following image code:
[img]http://www.h3.hpggt181920zzz27282910asfdazdr.jpg[/img] (I have disabled this image from showing so you can see the correct code)
You should see your image, not a link when you 'Go Advanced' or 'Preview Post'. If you see a text link still, you are using the url code insert instead of the image code and this will NOT display an image. Your image address must be preceded by [IMG] and followed by[/IMG]
Good luck

this is the code i am getting i when try to copy ,i still very confused when i try to paste and no pic appear.and i see manage attachments in additional options
This is because you are using the URL code and not the IMG code. The url that you have is correct, but you are NOT using the IMG code as instructed in the video and in my previous post. Please use the url that you found but DO NOT just paste it into a message. FIRST - click on the and then paste your image url into the popup window. This will insert your image. You do not need to manage attachments unless you are actually uploading an image from your computer.
