Once the pbulb has bloomed do you cut off that bulb?

I have a little 'Pot. Ah Chung Yo Yo 'Little Goldfish plant. The flowers died so I cut off the inflorescense. That leaves it with a bulb that has two leaves on top. I have read that this will not bloom again here. So what to do with this oldest part of the plant that wont bloom ever again? Does it get cut off or remain as storage for the rest of the plant? Its the largest part of the plant and is healthy.
I have searched on the forum and not found the answer.

It is best to leave the PB. It helps support the rest of the plant. If/when the leaves die back, then it can be removed as a back bulb when repotting/dividing the plant.

Best to wait until you have 3 or 4 old psuedo-bulbs for re-potting. There is more likely a chance of having a new eye sprout if you have more bulbs.
