Bulbophyllum purpurascens
A species found on Borneo lowland and lower montane forests. This specimen has established itself for few years on a tree trunks in our garden. Note the purple underside of it's leaves.

Thanks guys. When I first saw it's flowers , was windering why it is called purpurascens yet the flowers is yellowish. Good spot Vincent on it's purple veins.![]()

Yeah, mine has a distinct purple vein and even the topside has a hue of purple.
I am wondering if there are any bulbophyllum with purple hued leaves. I have a NOID that has the same purplish underside and purplish hue on the topside but the leaves are about 6-8 inches long.
