How high is your house from see level? Nice place to grow orchids.
Mabuhay!
@martin ....you have a jaw-dropping garden. I am so loving it so much. Wow, how old is your garden? What are your challenges of attaching orchids on trees? Do they get sunlight all througout the day? How often do you fertilize and water your orchids? Do you encounter snakes too?
Thanks for sharing your inspirational garden.
Thanks Mojamoja.
My garden is about 5.5 years old. it's grew rather fast as i have put in topsoil and feed it on a regular basis. Powder puff, Mango and Mulberry are all good candidates for growing orchids just that mango trees gets abit too bushy sometimes thus need prunning. Powder puff and Mulberry canopy are more sparse so i attched the more sun-tolerant species, hopefully I'm right.
I don't water them except during the dry spell as these trees have corky barks to retain some moisture. I only spray fertilizers in the begining, once the plant established i just let nature take over.
Snake! yes . cobra and Vine snakes but nor very often.
All the orchids look very healthy. Like the Para. labukensis. Good growing Martin.
Very nice!
Just beautiful....amazing!
