    Default Hippeastrum ... in time for the holidays ....

    Haven't done one of these in a while. Bulb was only about $4 so figured what the heck. Since I have never been able to get them to rebloom, I plan on treating this as a "disposable" plant.

    Lovely and really very easy to get to rebloom. I just keep mine watered until spring and set the pots out doors and forget them. Water and fertilize when I think about it. I bring them in before frost and stop watering. I set mine in a dark area of the basement and let them die down. Usually they are back in bud by January when i move them back to the light and resume watering again. Good luck and Merry Christmas.
