    Default Phal new leaves growing in thin and floppy...

    I couldn't seem to find any other posts about this happening... The new leaves growing in on my two phalaenopsis orchids are thin, long and floppy instead of shorter, broad and firm like they should be. One of them seems to be ok otherwise as it recently has put out buds (first two pictures) but the other one (last picture) is pretty sad looking. It got sunburned a while back as well and is still recovering. Is this a sunlight issue? I'm pretty perplexed, any advice is greatly appreciated!
