Default Where is the orchid art work?

OK, I said I had more paintings to share if you other 'artists' would share as well. I have not seen anything yet. I am posting another of my paintings in the hopes that this gets others moving.
This is a watercolor of a Restrepia elegans. I had a ball painting this. It is watercolor but I also used a colored India ink as well. It is a little blury - sorry, I need a better camera.

Well, I don't paint. I do metal work and a lot of the pieces I make are vases. Name: Spiral with red daisies by Janet Miller.jpg

Well, if it doesn't have to be painting, I will upload some pics later. I do stained glass and wood working. Lovely painting and amazing vase!!

This looks to be an exciting thread. I know that Tami paints (oil painting) of her orchids and Molly Taco (Cin) does ceramic work. Lynda does silk painting and has painted orchids on scarves. It will be nice to see what everyone else does too. I have a couple of watercolor paintings I have done of orchids I will share if I can find the photos.

    Cheers,
    BD

Don, I tried my hand at painting orchids on Porcelain, I am posting it as another topic, as it was also a gift to Danuta from Lancut Poland, whom I recently met.

Wow, Janet and Don, pure work of art indeed!
I do have an artistic streak too so I'd like to see art work from all the others, can not wait to see....
