Just for fun, anyone care to guess how many feet of Senecio rowleyanus (aka 'string of pearls) is here?
No clue. I'll toss out 89, just for fun. Have you measured?
149 ft.
I will also pitch in for a 100 ft.
208 ft would be my best guess.
Cheers,

Do I get a prize if I am even close? O.K., how about 64.5 feet.
Unfortunately, the thought of measuring the strands didn't occur to me until I was almost through coiling it up. This is an OLD picture from about 4yrs ago
If I recall correctly I did some coiling of the strands shortly after that.
Since that time the plant was allowed to grow and "do its thing". In any event, the strands at this present time were almost 6ft long (bit under 2m). I estimate that there is probably well over 110ft (33m +) of plant there now. All of this rooted in a pot approximately 1 inch deep x 3 inches wide x 4 inches long hidden in the basket.
O. K. ! Amey guessed closest so he wins the prize! By the way, what is the prize?
Oh, not fair, Pavel. You mean you didn't measure it exactly? What a slick way of getting out of awarding the prize !!!!!!!!!!! LOL ....(whatever that is).
Siggggh! After all the trouble I had to go through borrowing her 'mirror on the wall' from Snow White's stepmother.( Yes, she's alive and well here in Malaysia.)
