    Thanks for the link and I have been to the website before.

    My favorite is the large yellow ladyslippers because they remind me of Paph philippinense because of their twisted dark petals.

    1. multifloral paphs in section Coryopedilum, especially sanderianum & hybrids, and that incredible new strain of roths.

    2. long-petalled phrag species

    3. big vinicolor paphs, white complex paphs, solid red phrags

    4. big fragrant bench-consuming "macro"catts

    5. all other paphs & phrags

    You know, I wasn't always this way. I started off with the big fragrant catts and a big dinner plate vanda or two. I used to hate paphs, no joke. But you know as they say, once you go paph, you don't go back?

    Believe it or not, I used to hate Phrags BIG time and promised myself that I would never waste my money on those plants but boy, was I so wrong?

    LOL! You did? That is so hard to believe!

    Jason - isn't it funny how one moves on...I thought I was really into the catts too at the beginning, but now I am wondering where else I could put them so I could grow more paphs and phrags! Hopeless!

    My love affair w/ phals and dends was terribly fleeting. Ended in a flash almost as soon as it had begun.
