    That's a very lovely cornu-cervi. Very dark variety.

    I put the poor fella outside mounted on my sleeper with only slight shade from my phoenix palm and he suffered for a while with some sunburn but I think he has got over the worst and is now sprouting new blooms on its 5 spikes!

    Five spikes you say! How neat! This is a real beauty and as Yew stated its a very dark variety, which I think enhances its charm. AL

    I love cornu cervi. A very small but profusely blooming species. Some even have a nice fragrance. Yours is a beauty.congrats

    Thanks Mark..they are very hardy and I love how when they get to a certain size the no of flowers can really take your breath away..Still hoping to add to my collection..but waiting to find some good specimens..

    Beautiful! I really want to get one of those. I love that first picture with the light coming through from the back. Very dramatic.
