I have been having good luck with my Phals, trying to regulate the humidity and temp to promote growth, but I am experiencing something strange to me.
I have 2 Phals each are starting keikis, one has 2" leaves, and one with 2 kiekies and only 1/2 inch leaves.
I’m trying to insert pictures but they are stuck in Photobucket which seems to be a garbage can at the moment. Both are trying to flower, the flowers are as big as the leaves on one plant.
What is the proper formula for growth and for flowering...?

My problem is what will happen to the keikis, since they are flowering, they will not be getting what they will need to growing properly. Do I break off the buds to let the plant grow?
Either leave them in place until done blooming or try transplanting in bloom and see what happens. I suppose if you want to be sure to give the plant the best possible start you could cut back the spikes if you move them now.
I guess I'll just leave them to thier fate and hope for the best...
They should be fine and they have great roots for when you do pot them up.
