Default 3 orchids 3 leaf problems, suggestions please

In the past week or two I've had several different leaf problems.

Any info on what is wrong or how to help would be great!

This one had spots when I first got it last spring. But has been fine till a couple weeks ago when one of the leaves started to look pretty bad. That one has since fallen and now a 2nd leaf is turning. I started treating with Physan when I first noticed the problems and that has not helped.

The main leaf on this that is now all brown started off turning from the inside of the leaf and spread to the outside. It started with a yellow brown color.

ok i can first say that the EPC looks like a virus or it may be a near harmless fungus, most of my masdevallias get something similar, smell the crown of the browned leaf on the Bollopetalum (if it smells terrible, its a certain type of destructive fungus that thrives in hot conditions-let me get back to you on the name) and the first one looks like a general ageing, all mine do that.
    Hope i cold help!

pm me about the bollopetalum too, i am curious to know what you found

also, take the leaf off the bollopetalum too, if it is restricted to the one leaf that is, and burn it.

I'll be able to check on them after work and get back to you. These are all kept indoor. While the temp has gotten a bit warmer here and there I wouldn't say it's hot. But perhaps too warm for the Bollo.

Has the EPC. had a case of boisduval scale lately ? I have seen that kind of damage from it . Are the other leaves on it clear ?

Gin, I have not noticed scale on any of them. That seems to be the only leaf affected and it gets worse each day.

    Jordan, there was no odor.
