    Thanks for the advice Randy! but the vanda can't for into the pot coz the roots are very long...I didn't think of the palayok! will try them! I have them here at home

    I know exactly what you mean when the roots are very long... there are a few trick you can do... first you can soak the roots so that it because pliable thus you have a chance of potting
    it without damaging... if that fails.... get a pail, bore holes to it and then put it in wife hates me when I do this one.

    Hi to all of you! Just to update, I'm starting to see new green root tips! and the plant is starting to look good also, not droopy anymore. wish me luck for its continuous recovery! hope i can post its new bloom soon! Thank you again for all the help!

    It sometimes takes several minutes to fully water a vanda. I water and might have to go back several times.
    You are looking for the root to change color, from silvery white to bright apple green. Then and only then are they sufficiently watered. If they are overly dry they might repel water instead of absorbing it.

    @dukejenn.....i would suggest to cut off the flowers so that the energy will go to the formation of roots and new growth.

    Thanks a lot for the info. Learned something new again! i'm always battling with the humidity with in my growing place.
