    Talking Vanda Taweesuksa x Pimsai in bloom

    This is the second time I'm posting pictures of this vanda. 4 months ago it had 2 spikes but most of the flowers had been deformed by thrips or yellow beetles.This time there are 10 flowers, each measuring 4 inches (10 cm) on a 14 inch spike. I refer to it as the 'poor man's' sanderiana! LOL. This plant is very robust and is now sporting a keiki with 6 pairs of leaves. I can expect 4 flowerings a year.
