    Hi Connie,
    I have the same plant. It has been with me for the last three years and for the first time it has thrown up a spike.
    The spike has about twelve buds. Three of them should open in the next couple of days. I will certainly put up a
    picture for you to see what you can expect from your plant.

    Wow' That's one amazing looking spike. I guess that will be gigantic blooms. Not nearly as big as mine will be when they bloom in a few weeks.
