    Default Odontocidium Wildcat

I have no idea what variety this Wildcat is but I think its quite nice. This is one of about 15 flowers on the spike though most are still buds yet.

Nice. I always thought "Wildcat" was a Colmanara, not on Odtcdm?

    Either way, Very nice!

The RHS boffins changed it from Colmanara to Odontocidium a while back but very few changed their labels. I did it with this one to stop the politically correct from being truely told.

Could care less if it is Colmanara or Odtcdm--I love it and always have. A big favorite of mine for its long-lasting blooms and ease of care. Good job of growing and flowering. Thanks for sharing.

Either way, i prefer Colmanara...i could be a terrorist and blow the kew offices up no questions asked if i wanted too, but im not going to turn jihadist, only until they start playing around with other, more sensitive names....

I know who they are as do the commercial growers who have had to change 1000's of labels.
