New lighter shading.
This should give me about 50% shading .I can open the normal vents still but not fully.Just need some sun to put theory to the test.

Tried to source some Aluminet but can,t find any.
Using my light meter today i reckon i can away with about 25% shading if i up the air flow a bit(not a problem with my new fan).
Will have to try it to be sure so fingers crossed.

Looking good uncasteeb...
With the weather being so good this weekend i,ve had a chance to monitor heat/light levels with the lighter shading. Max heat today was 96f in the g/h (with the door open) which is pretty good considering the ambient was in the 80,s. Highest light levels was a little over 4000fc but non of the plants are showing any ill effects(even the Phals) .I have a 16" oscillating fan blowing directly onto the plants which should help. If i get a completely cloud free day with the temps as high as today then i will need more shading.
