    Wow I love what I am seeing in your garden pics and I know that where you are cold weather would not affect the orchids, I see you have some other plants there that I too have in my collection, the only thing is that I have restricted room and so I have mine in plant pots that go up my steps to where I live and then in my porch area too. Good luck
