hi Raul,
yes, i would say your plant is Phalaenopsis philippinensis, based on the yellow sidelobes, midlobe would match too and markings/colorations on floral parts.

Posting my recent blooms of the Phalaenopsis philippinenis. These had no label when I bought it, so I am not sure if the Id is correct. The informal sellers in highway stalls have no idea.
Top photo was re-planted into a hanging basket while the lower is on a fern chip block.
Kindly confirm.

Ooh, Raul, those are so beautiful! The Phillipines have so many wonderful orchids - hank you for sharing with us!
hi ron, appreciate your confirmation along with key descriptions of the phal. I would also like to let you know that I had purchased Stuartiana's coming from Leyte (according to the vendor) last December and its got spikes now. I will show you once they bloom, I don't know if there is a significant difference from the Stuartiana's I have and the ones allegedly coming from your home province.
Hi Betty, Thank you, indeed we have some of the most beautiful orchids we can share with the rest of the world. I still have some that I hope I can share more in time as blooms come.
beautiful orchid .. Congrats .. Goes to my wish list .

Very nice Phal philippinenis! (I moved you post to the phal photography section. )
Cheers,
BD
Beautiful blooms Raul that with that sweeping spike remind me of spring and cherry blossoms except these flowers are better. Very nicely done. AL
This one is a very very pretty Phal and I think that the ID described by Ron is really no dilemma
