propagate colmanara

I´m a biologist, I work in plant biotechnology and my hobby are orchids. I want to propagate in vitro colmanara wildcat. Can anybody say me what media and hormones or growth factors I must use to get it?

For Colmanara, any basic epiphytic medium will do well as your sowing surface (e.g. Knudson B, Knudson C, PhytoTechnology P-748, Sigma P-6668).

But, will it be enough with the culture media alone?
Will it be necesary to use any hormones like auxin or citocinin?
Because a friend tell me that the micropropagation of colmanara is very secret in the micropropagation companies.
The difficulty is in to know what concentration of hormones and growth factors to use.

The medium on its own should be fine for propagation from seed. But, now that you have mentioned "micropropagation," I think that perhaps you are considering culturing from meristem divisions, about which I know much less. As far as I know, though, meristeming orchids is no different from meristeming other plants, if that helps any.

Yes, sorry I usually don´t speak english, I´m from Buenos Aires I speak spanish. May be I don´t explain very well. I want to propagate from meristems division and to induce the formation of new meristems.
The colmanara is no very simple to induce, generally, in others orchids the concentration of hormones like auxin and citocinin is the inductor to division of cells and produce new meristems to do new plants.
