    Default Flasking Medium Suggestions

I am trying to find a good brand of sowing medium for a few phal seed pods I have growing. Anyone have any favorites?

Sorry, I seem to have broken the golden rule all too quickly. Please DO NOT respond to this with any brand names, since that is against forum policy. Perhaps though you can help me answer what ingredients make up a good medium? Charcoal, agar, banana? Does it need to have sucrose? Thanks...and sorry about asking for brand names!

Set up your private messaging and I'll send you the company I purchase from.

Hold on there. Brand names are fine. Example: It is fine to say to use 'Clorox' bleach, just don't say go get it at 'xyz' store. Use private messages for that kind of matter. Just make sure to keep in mind our no - advertising policy. If you ever have a question or are simply not sure, PM me and check before posting. Review the FAQs on posting for details.

BTW - there is a great article here in the Orchid Article Library with photos showing how to DIY.

    cheers,
    BD

Ah, I guess I mixed up brand names and store names! Thanks for clarifying!
