Hmmm. I have no experience with them - I just keep my orchids in my air-conditioned house. As we get warmer and warmer, though, in this age of global warming, this might be needed by lots of people. I'll be interested in responses.

Hi all new to this site I was wondering if anyone here has a Maui orchidarium because I was planning on getting one to grow cool climate orchids since I live in Dallas where it can easily get in the 100's here but before I shell out $750 I was wondering what your experience are with them wether good or bad
Thanks in advance

No experience here either, but have looked at orchidariums online. Most don't put out enough light for any of my orchids, so that would be my main concern in considering one. I have also read that sometimes it is hard to regulate the right amount of humidity.
I think in the member's grow area section of this forum, some folks have put pictures of their homemade orchid cases. I've thought about that too, but am lazy.
If you do get one, please let us know how it works out for you!
