Wink Good news for my psychopsis

I have a psychopsis Mendenhall 'Hildos' that came with one spike and a second one starting. The second spike grew a while, blasted a bud, then stalled. Well, it has been MONTHS!!! Today I noticed that the stalled spike is forming a subspike!!!! I may end up with more than one flower at a time yet!

Jonada; The best is yet to come. Some where on the Internet I saw a grower with five or six blooms at once. By the way up until this last month or so my Oncidium Psychopsis Mendenhall blasted buds more than once and I had not seen flowers since late fall. It makes you wonder? AL

Thanks everyone. I was so excited when the second spike formed the first bud, then so disappointed when it did nothing further. Now I get to be excited again! These plants can sure take you on a rollercoaster ride.
