It is a wonderful labiata. The concolor var. is really a must have. Congratulations.
Maybe, the experts would tell you that the small violet spots of the lip should not exist in a concolor form. A concolor form should have no spot darker than the base color.

Here is a plant of Carlos Keller, with a more visible violet splash ("mosca"). The label is Cat. labiata var. semi-concolor 'Mosca'.
My friend Mauro Rosim told me that, in Brasil, they also call them "falso-concolor".

Show us the full bloom, it will be a marvel.

    Thank you Eric.
I bought this plant one year ago. It was labelled as concolor and bloomed with two flowers on spike. One expert who saw the flowers told me that this Cattleya is so called "mosca" form (darker spots on the lip which remind a fly), so I guess it is exactly what you said. I will try to find pictures from the last year.

    Eric,
Here are some pics from the last year showing how it looked when I bought the plant

The plant bloomed for me again in two-three weeks later with another bulb, and the flowers looked different. If I did not see the first blooming, I would think it was a different plant. Do you think it still looks like 'mosca'? I will appreciate any elucidation. :-)

    Just opened
