Yes, all of orchids blooms will be cut away for the offering.
Yes, but some of the blooms only.
No, I will buy cut flowers instead.
No, I'll just got there and bring somethingg else.
Are you going to cut your Orchid flowers and offer to your dead love ones in the cemetery?
Mabuhay!
if i have plenty, why not?
Im not sure about All Saints Day (we dont celebrate that here), but i would for my great grandmother and friend who are buried in the same cemetary Both loved to garden, and my friend (who was taken from this earth almost 2 years ago now) was just starting to get into orchids
Lovely thought, but no. All my deceased relatives and friends are buried in cemetaries in different states -- the closest being a 6-8hr drive one way. I won't be making the trip at all. Instead, I will say a prayer for them that day.
All saints day is nearly coming.... hehehehe
No way. My orchids don't get cut for anyone until the 1st bloom drops off. Then I give them to the 80yr old woman who lives next door. Beautiful cuttings are for living enjoyment. I buy plastic flowers for graves that way they last longer. When my friend died I planted a rose bush on her grave (with her parents permission of course). And when a pet dies I plant lilies over them.
