Those are so cool! I'd love to have to bob around beauties like that to make it through my office or home. It seems so futuristic. Then again, it reminds me of the floating mountains in the movie, Avatar.

Wow! But this is far-fetched for me. I find it difficult to keep my potted orchids (esp Vandas) and nepenthes sufficiently hydrated from Dec thru May. I dare not try this! But nevertheless, awesome for someone who can maintain the humidity levels to keep these plants.

Great effect, watering must be a nightmare if those interiors get warm. Water gel crystals and a pair of stockings?

In all honesty, I can't see them being any harder than plants that are mounted. But I agree that they would be hard to maintain inside.

would be great in an area where all that surplus water on the floor would help the humidity levels excel. Perhaps a bit of research and improvising from the incontinence shelf in the supermarket. In all fairness the demand of maintenance with normal mounts doesnt obstruct the best of us like Cathy says and in all respect to the east and the orient, centuries of evidence suggest maticulous efforts, attention to detail and deliverance of precision is all but normal in the vast cultures of craft and aesthetic values! If anyone does it they do it best!

What is the weight limit for kokadma moss ball? Will gravity eventually break apart the soil?
