This isn,t something that normally occurs in the UK(hot weather) but we,re having a bit of a heat wave. The thing is some of the recent Paphs i,ve bought seem to be in a vey heavy mix , not sure what it contains but it stays wet for ages.
I,ve tried to alter my bark mixes so that the small & large pots take roughly the same time to dry out(about 3 days in the heat of the g/h).
I,m just trying to ovoid over watering these new plants accidently.
So what are your experiences of re-potting in the summer.
I know it should be avoided if possible but i,m a bit paranoid about my Paphs because of the disaster earlier in the year.

I'd rather repot in the summer than the winter,
personally.
You gotta do it some time,
now's as good as any, right?
Repotting "out of season,"
I don't think it's too much of an issue with paphs,
as it might be with other genera
more sensitive to root disturbances.
I agree with Gin,
Go for it!
Hell yes, do it now.
Get it over with.
I keep procrastinating because I *hate* the thought of having to repot even though I sure like the feeling of having done it.
I agree with Gin and Ennui, go for it, into a mix you're familiar with!
Thanks guys.
Job done.
Did a couple of smaller Paphs(Wossner Kolosuk) whilst i was in the mood.
yeah, ditto on the 'better summer than winter'. doesn't matter so much to paphs anyway, but get them into a mix you're comfortable with. more shade, watch for rot, yadda yadda.
