Yes, it is server back up. We actually do two backups each day. The full server backup happens in the early am hours CST and an additional database backup happens around mid-day CST (though that backup takes only about 10 minutes). Unfortunately, since we are a world community, the backup times will conflict with different folks schedules. We tried to pick the time of day when there was the least amount of traffic.
