Is there any hope for this Phal?
I doubt that it will survive but even if it did, it would take several years before it's big enough to produce flowers. Probably not worth the effort unless you just want to take it on as a challenge.
I agree without leaves the Phal cannot support itself place it in the compost
I'd repot it and put it under the bench in low light and let it have a shot. I have had phals with no leaves come back as long as the roots were still good.
Good luck!
cheers,
BD
Thanks Bruce, I will give it a go. I hate to bin plants that are trying to survive, (at least I will give it a helping hand).
Many Phal species can make chlorophyll in their roots, so you might want to mount it or make sure it's in a clear plastic pot getting light. I hope it comes back for you!
