11 new orchid additions to my collection

One of my local society had an auction this past weekend and these are the ones that I brought home with me. The first set is Encyclia cochleata 'Hihimanu' AM/AOS x cochleata 'Spy Hill' AM/AOS

This is Dend. Jaquelyn Concery and the second is Dend. Memorial Kennet Neifert.

And Epi. Peach Valley 'Dream Song' followed by Dend. Frosty Dawn

This first one is Jumellea Comorensis, then Dend. Andre Millar x D. Atroriolasea 'Pygmy' and followed by the pink form of Dend. Smillieae

this is Epi. Stamfordlanum Var. Alba and it has a raceme thats almost 2 feet long as you can see it took 2 pics to get it all and its flowers are only 1/2 in. across. The last pic of this one shows a better view of the lip.

A mounted Dend. Kingianum and finally a noid paphiopedilum that I got for its beautiful black bud I can't wait to see what the flower looks like

That is sooo good. I was yesterday in a store with my partner and had 3 orchids in my hands each worth £10.00. I was struggling between Dendrobiun, Miltonoipsis and Cymbidum. Ulitmately I couldnt make my mind up as I was tight moneywise and had to keep all of them back where they belong on the shelf. Its the wrong end of the month.
