Default Broughtonia sanguinea "Red Star" x "Pink Moon"

Since I know how to post pictures from Picasa now, I figure to share with you a few more of my blooms. I bought this one earlier this during Houston's orchid show.

It's small, bloom measures abut 1". It's also a sequential bloomer, older bloom dies off while new one comes out, and it has been blooming for me since April.

Pretty in pink! And the adorable shape reminds me of the 'Johnny Jump Ups' (a type of Viola flower, I think) my mom grew when I was a kid. Cute orchid.
