21 flowers, this is amazing!!! Excellent plant, so healthy and nice!
love the lip on dowiana. like a sunburst.
Oh my ; its a good job I am typing with time to think, as otherwise I should be lost for words with this last plant.
But its a good job I have not grown it, for if I had, I would know that I had reached the summit of cattleya growing ( and that is the summit of summits in orchids - for me) and it might be a case of "see Naples and die" - or in other words, how could I possibly do better in the future, so maybe its time to give up...?
But, re your rot , I'll wait to see your thread and then give you my ideas for what they are worth.
Just a wonderful plant and a great job. You're a Cattleya Queen. Congratulations Natali.
Wow, impressive. Well Done, Rich
WOW! Natali truly impressive as always you have a green thumb when it comes to blooming Catts.
I really love the light, soft, and delicate coloured orchids, truly feminine. Especially in the tropics where most gardens' foliage are dark green, the flowers gave contrast with their bright and showy colors.
Glenn, Alex, coeruleo, Geoff, Eric, Rich, Beny, MeDel,
Thank you very much!!
Eric, Jeoff, seriously: I am (but very pleased, of course!!!).
The only bad thing about growing Catts outside in subtropical climate is the Black Rot which occurs quite often.
