Hiiii everyone, well this is my first post here but I have been also reading the posts here like since 2 years and well I dont know if its the correct place for me to post this for ID but since its related to the Vandaceous..... this Renanthera was labeled as Renanthera philippinensis but when I googled it the philippinensis has a different shape of flower and different colors and well the thing is that it doesn't match as a philippinensis and I think this was a miss label....soooo the question is who is it :-/....THANK YOU!!!

What a stunning orchid. Hope you get the correct name from someone here!!
cheers,
BD
Im guessing it's a hybrid with possibly R.storiei in it?
Don't you trust your neighbours Horus? Nice flower by the way.
Scrubber
I am also thinking it is a hybrid, with some non renanthera influence down the pedigree. Willhave a look at Orchidwiz when I am home.
pretty, the roots seem to like the concrete wall
Beautiful close-ups. No idea of the identity, but, whoa - that barbed wire looks evil. Welcome to OT!
I also think it is a hybrid. Very interesting and attractive one though. Don't think I've seen one with yellow at the tips of the sepals and petals. Could be a Renanopsis (Renanthera x Vandopsis).
Welcome to OT and hope you'll participate often.
I say Ren. phillipenensis crossed with Ren. mututina perhaps. The other only two yellow species i can think of, monachica (very dominate in color and in spotting) and citrina (yellow color recessive, but the shape is dominent). The plant def looks like typical phillipeneisis, so maybe it just nature mutation.
