    Default Orchid Expo 2012 - USF Botanical Gardens, Tampa

    Dear fellow Floridians,

    I'd like to invite you to attend the Tampa Orchid Club "Orchid Expo" show & sale at the University of South Florida (USF) Botanical Gardens. It will be held Saturday and Sunday, October 20 & 21, 2012, from 10 AM to 4 PM. Orchids will be available from various vendors.

    I would love to see you there. I am going to attend the show on Saturday and will be there entire day. Would it not be nice to gather together and have some fun with our beloved orchids?

    Natalie, the 3rd picture looks so familiar. I visited the show in 2010 in conjunction of my Florida trip. Your society put a very nice show together. IT WAS HOT! Lol

    I hope many of the Florida members can join you on that Saturday, Nat! What a cool time. I wish I could come and meet everyone. Please take a group photo to share on the forum and of course - take lots of orchid photos too!! hahaha...

    I will have to try and make it- don't know my schedule yet but my family is always looking for an excuse to go to St. Pete. You guys go to the beach, just drop me at the orchid show... I would love to meet y'all if I can!

    For any Orlando area folks who may read this, there is a general garden show in Mount Dora on 11/03-04; I do know at least 1 orchid vendor will be there.

    Well,
    the show & sale Orchid Expo starts just in a few hours!
    I took some pictures yesterday in the morning. People were bringing plants for the show.








    I am sure, there are MUCH more plants today on the table!

    Pooh... I am very sad that my husband decided to replace the brakes on my car today, so I couldn't go anywhere. I was looking forward to this.
