I have a Stelis superbiens that was in good health when I got it about a year ago.
It is planted in a 3" square pot about 4"tall. The plant fills the pot, but it has lost approximately half of its leaves and those stalks are now brown. The other half of the plant has green leaves. I was thinking maybe I should repot it, but I don't know what to use. I noticed that are some little oval shaped bugs crawling around in the potting medium. Is this a good time of the year to repot? I am not finding alot of information on this orchid. How often should it be watered? Does it like to dry out or not? Any insight would be appreciated!
Thank you.
Post a photo and let the members here take a look at the bugs and the orchid. Usually repotting is done when the orchid is in active growth.
cheers,
