    Default Lc. Edgard Van Belle x C. Intermedia

    Blc Magic Meadow 'Green Genius'

    This is a plant I rescued from a big box store a couple of years ago. I had thought I would miss seeing this in bloom. After a few months of watching the spike slowly grow the first bud burst open the day I was leaving for on a 2 week trip. I figured that was it, it would be a dried up spike when I got home. So here we are six weeks later and still putting on quite a show.

    If the petals were a little stronger coloured it would be a dead ringer for Blc Village Chief North ' Green Genie'.
    Maybe it's some kind of hybrid using this?
