I say increase the light. I also grow my phrags in the warmer end of the greenhouse and they bloom wonderfully there. You should get blooms on each new growth each year. If they are not blooming and are mature enough - increase that light.

Phrags require as much good clean COOL water all the time. Water as often as you like. All mine are watered with cold water 24/7 on a drip system, and please go easily on the fert because Phrags are not fert demanding and will grow well with just two application of blood/bone every year.If growing on a windowsill just pour cool water thru the plant ( on a draining board ) every day and sit back and watch them grow.
