I took some up close pictures of the flask and have a couple questions. First; is it just me or does it look like there are a couple bad looking things in the flask? I put the arrows to point at areas i'm concerned about. The fat arrow is pointing at a clump that looks like it has "vestigial" leaves?? Does anyone know if that is what that weird looking clump is?? I was going to leave the flask alone, but now that I see brown I'm worried. I wasn't sure they were big enough, although I do see at least two that are nice size.
Any suggestions appreciated...

First of all I see a lot of plantmaterial for the amount of medium. This means your medium will become more and more acidic and that causes plant part to turn brown. Also there are quite some plant parts that show hyperhydricity or watery tissue and thats a lot of stress for these plants.
This all taken into account I would recommend to transplant this or to the greenhouse and hope for the best or to take these plant parts to fresh medium and give it another try with only 1 plant part per tube (but this depends on if you have the equipment to do so).
Is it a ghost orchid? I had it once in vitro but I haven't noticed any leave formation.
Good luck with it and keep us posted on the progression!

Not to be annoying but I assume you are saying to unflask now? I do not have sterile lab type conditions available. So it looks like we wing it. lol Tomorrow I will get a bathroom sterile and go from there. I have my moss and other materials ready. Yes it is Ghost orchid...a notorious difficult one to grow. But...I happen to have a side plan. I'm planning on taking a couple of the tiniest that wouldn't make it and put them on a tree down at the natural spring. There is an area that should be just about ideal. It's a protected swamp type area and if I don't miss my guess there are a ton of appropriate trees to put them on there. Hopefully the two or three that are nice size will do okay. It will be a fun try whatever happens. Watch me get into the swamp and find them already there. LOL
Iis this a flask of Dendrophylax Lindenii, Funalis or Faucettii?
